Program Philosophy

Graduates are initiators who can drive educational innovation through the integration of research and related technology for the benefit of learners and society.

Original Website Program Concept
The former website described the program as cultivating talent that integrates scientific and technological insight with education management. It builds cross-domain knowledge in education, management, and technological development, supported by systems theory, information theory, and cybernetics.

Graduation Requirements and Quality Assurance
Plan 1 Academic Track
- Complete all courses with a GPA of not less than 3.00.
- Submit the thesis and pass the final oral examination conducted by an appointed committee in an open examination system.
- Publish the thesis or part of the thesis in a national or international academic journal, or present it at an academic conference with the full paper published in the proceedings.
Plan 2 Professional Track
- Complete all courses with a GPA of not less than 3.00 and pass the comprehensive examination by written and/or oral examination.
- Submit the independent study report and pass the final oral examination.
- Disseminate the independent study report or part of it in a searchable form.
- Pass the university English test, study within the permitted period, and have no outstanding financial obligations.
The program uses the AUN-QA framework to plan and control quality in alignment with program learning outcomes.
