Innovation College was established to provide education in innovation for labor-market development in Thailand and internationally.
Founding history
Approved in 2019 and built into a four-program academic college.
Innovation College was approved for establishment by the North-Chiang Mai University Council at meeting No. 3/2561/82 on 20 February 2019.
The college officially began teaching operations on 1 June 2019, initially emphasizing graduate-level education.
In academic year 2020, the college opened the M.Ed. in Educational Innovation and the Ph.D. in Innovation Management for Business Development.
In academic year 2021, it expanded with the BBA in Digital Business Management and MBA in Strategic Management.

The college's academic portfolio was built in stages.
Approved by the University Council.
Operations began with a graduate-education emphasis.
