On March 13, 2021, Dr.Phattharaphon Silarak (Dean of International College) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between North-Chiang Mai University and Edugo Planet Co., Ltd 

To promote human resource development, trade, and investment between China and Thailand Strengthen the educational exchange between the two countries expands opportunities for China students to study in Thailand.
